In the afternoon 23/9, Jiangsu Institute of Economic and Trade Technology (JIETT) had a meeting with Phu Lam Technical and Economic College. Mr. Thoi Kien Ninh – Deputy Director of Institute, Mr. Cu Truong Chi - Head of Internal Relations, Mrs. Thich Ngoc Hong – Director of Enrollment and Ms. Do Thanh Van - Second Secretary - Vietnamese embassy in China represented for JIETT. School leaders and deans of faculty represented for Phu Lam Technical and Economic College.
German F+U Sachsen Welfare Education Co. Ltd is one of active Germany educational institutions in the field of language training and international trades. This company had a network of universities, colleges, vocational schools, as well as the Secondary School and High School throughout Germany. For over 20 years, F + U was planning, analyzing and implementing training courses, seminars and educational projects with partners inside and outside the country successfully. In the morning of September 13, 2013, German F+U Sachsen Welfare Education Co. Ltd had a meeting with Phu Lam Technical and Economic College.
In the afternoon of August 20, 2013, Dong Yang University – Korea came to Phu Lam Technical and Economic College. The meeting had Prof. Jongkyu Hwang – Vice Rector of Dong Yang University, Prof. Jeonghwan Nam, Mr. Lam Van Quan – Head of Higher and Professional Education Department of Department of Education and Training, Mr. Le Van Nhung, Mr. Van Cong Sang – Rector of Ly Tu Trong College of Technician, Mr Pham Duc Khiem – Rector of Phu Lam Technical and Economic College, Mr. Pham Van Nhuan – Vice Rector and deans of faculty.
In the morning of May 30 2015, Phu Lam Technical and Economic College had a meeting with DOET and NSW Delegate of Education and Communities
In 11/01/2013, the INTEL VIETNAM Company held the ceremony "Scholarships for technical schoolgirl - HEEAP 2012". This program is in the Project Engineering Education and Training Program. Scholarship Program is for schoolgirls at College level from freshman to final – year students. Phu Lam Technical and Economic College is one of 13 schools participating in the project and granted six scholarships. Students received scholarships including cash valued at VND 6,500,000 per each student and internship opportunities and jobs at Intel Vietnam after graduation.
In the morning of 22/6, school leaders had a meeting with Daeki Trading Company, Korea by Mr. WooSoon Kwag - Director of representative office in HCMC.
In the afternoon of 14/06/2015, school leaders and department of international relations and cooperation had a meeting with Ifugao University, Philippines – Ph.D Serafinl Ngohayon and Ph.D Ben Lee – Principal of EDS Business University, Malaysia
